EXCHANGE POLICY
- Exchange can be done from 12:00 to 9:30 pm for all 7 days including public holidays & weekends.
- Exchange will be done within 15 days from date of purchase.
- Exchange will be given in following conditions only :
- Right tag to the Garment.
- Valid bill of particular product
- Used garments will not be exchange
- Packaging charges will be applicable if product found with out it.
- Suit, indo western, Shervani, Ghagra choli, innerwear, Imitation jewelry, leather & cut fabric will not be exchanged in any condition.
- Refund will not be allow in any circumstances.
- Advance will be valid for 7 days from date of purchase & will be cancelled after 7 days & it will be refunded to customers.
- Credit note will be used within 15 days from date of issue..
- Defective goods will be exchanged within 15 days from date of purchase. Only manufacturing defect goods will be considered for exchange.
